"The key to success is hard work and determination."Bio: Involved in athletics and the fitness scene for many years, Erika is ready to help members achieve fitness goals. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science: kinesiology from Rutgers University, and her personal training certification from the American Council on Exercise. She also is certified in CPR/ AED from the American Red Cross.
A lifelong athlete, Erika thrived in team sports. However, her favorite has always been running. Today, she remains an avid runner. She is a member of the Garden State Track Club and participates in myriad events from 5Ks to half marathons. Her imminent goal is to accomplish a full marathon. Erika's exercise sessions focus on endurance training through workouts that accomplish cardio fitness and strengthening.
During her free time, Erika enjoys going to the beach, hiking, and relaxing with a TV show. She loves to watch football, a New York Giants fan, and hockey, New Jersey Devils fan. Sushi is her favorite food.
