"Strength starts from the ground up."Bio: Bond earned his Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science and sport studies, and his Master of Business and Science degree in kinesiology and applied physiology, both from Rutgers University. His certification is as a strength and conditioning specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is CPR/AED certified by the American Heart Association. Bond's experience includes time as an assistant physical therapist at an outpatient facility, and an in- home personal trainer.
He specializes in strength development and sport-specific training, especially pre-season to help "get your game on." His background in physical therapy is especially helpful to members overcoming an injury or post-rehabilitation. Bond works with his clients to improve balance and correct postural discrepancies.
In his free time, Bond enjoys golf, snowboarding, basketball, football, and pre- sunrise runs. He loves the outdoors, experiencing nature and capturing life through photography. Bond likes to listen to music, especially The Beatles, and play the guitar. He loves cheese; he won't stop until he finds the perfect lasagna. Fun fact: Bond speaks German!
