He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science from Rutgers University, and his personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Dean's fitness programs focus on sport-specific training, high-intensity interval training, strengthening, and weight loss goals. He is constantly investigating new training methods to help advance his clients and keep them motivated. He tends to be adventurous and spontaneous by nature, both on the Exercise Floor and in life.
He likes to spend free time listening to music and sharing playlists with friends. He enjoys dancing, and used to perform on a Salsa team. He loves sports, especially football, soccer, and baseball. Dean seeks out life's simple pleasures, like taking long walks in the park and spending time with friends. His favorite food is chicken wings. Fun fact: Dean has a twin brother.
