"Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence." --Vince LombardiBio: Personal Trainer Sean believes life is a series of small athletic events, some simple and others complex. Through his fitness programs, he better prepares his clients to excel at life's events.
Sean earned his Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science and sports studies, with a focus on applied kinesiology and Minors in equine science and evolutionary anthropology. He earned certifications as a personal trainer, and strength and conditioning coach, from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Sean is an experienced personal trainer and Group Fitness instructor for young athletes. He was a Rutgers University student athletic trainer for their football team, and a Pop Warner football coach.
With workouts that focus on sport specific training, Sean is ready to help reach the athlete's fitness goals and those who simply want to train like one. His sessions focus on power-lifts, Olympic lifts, speed and agility improvements, sprint mechanics, and overall conditioning. He enjoys working with youth to improve general health and fitness, and enhance athletic performance.
Sean was an avid football player in high school. Currently, he plays in a local flag football league. He has enjoyed playing golf since six years of age, and began snowboarding in recent years. His other interests include running outdoors, snow/ winter sports, power-lifting, biking, learning new fitness techniques, and visiting the beach. Favorite eats: bacon cheeseburger with sweet potato fries.
