He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and a fitness nutrition specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is also CPR/AED certified through the American Heart Association.
Jason focuses on strength training during his sessions. His workouts increase muscle strength and improve cardiovascular endurance. He specializes in improving flexibility and balance through effective stretching techniques, often incorporating yoga. His background also allows him to provide insight on healthy eating habits.
In his free time, Jason enjoys playing guitar, listening to music, playing video games, and watching movies. He loves a good laugh. He likes to attend concerts, especially rock and heavy metal, and stand-up comedy acts. His favorite eats include pizza, buffalo wings, chicken, kale, and broccoli.
