"If it is important to you, you’ll find a way. If not, you’ll find an excuse."Bio: Personal Trainer Lori makes fitness fun by creating programs customized to her clients' likes. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in health and exercise science, and is a certified health and physical education teacher (grades K through 12). Lori earned her personal training certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and her first aid and CPR certification through the American Red Cross.
Lori incorporates interval training in her fitness programs to keep members motivated and muscles challenged. Her positive attitude encourages, as she patiently teams with clients to meet goals. An interest in Group Fitness as well, Lori plans to become certified to instruct classes.
Her hobbies include playing co-ed football and soccer, traveling, grilling, relaxing on the beach, investigating health and nutrition trends, and incorporating fitness into her life and the lives of others. She is a New York Giants fan. Her favorite foods include anything cooked on the grill, especially chicken and vegetable skewers. Fun facts: Lori taught a physical education class to Aboriginal students in Australia. She also snorkeled in the Great Barrier Reef.
Lori wants exercise to be fun. She helps her clients strive for progress, not perfection.
