"I've always been very active. I did gymnastics while growing up and cross country running in high school. I loved the feeling of pushing myself toward a goal. When I joined a gym, I started taking Group Fitness classes, specifically Les Mills, and fell in love. One morning, the instructor for my Body Attack class asked me to speak with her after class. She wanted to know if I would be interested in becoming an instructor. At that very moment, I signed up for the training. It has been a snowball effect from there. I love motivating people and being able to help them achieve fitness goals. I want to become part of someone's journey to a happier, healthier self while they have a great time doing it."
