She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in exercise and sports science with a Minor in wellness education from Ursinus College, and her personal training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine. Stephanie is studying to become a certified nutrition specialist through Precision Nutrition.
An avid runner, Stephanie specializes in endurance training to build stamina. She also focuses on creating core stabilization for overall strength and balance. Whether your fitness goals involve losing weight or improving performance in sports-- or life-- Stephanie is excited to help.
For fun, Stephanie enjoys running half marathons, 5ks, and 10ks. She plays the violin and likes to sing and tap dance. When possible, she loves to attend Broadway shows. In her free time, she likes to bake healthy snacks. Her favorite food is salmon.
